On Thursday, August 29th, we held a Send Off party for two new PC Volunteers from the local area. They will be heading off to their Peace Corps assignments in the very near future! Thank you to all who were able to attend to answer our new volunteers’ questions, shower them with encouragement, and let them know we are here for them during their post assignments!
While we were hoping to meet up and simultaneously enjoy a Reston local Reggae concert, inclement weather had us meeting at our bad-weather backup location, Wegmans.
