JJ Singh is a sitting Delegate to Commonwealth of Virginia Legislature. A son of immigrants, JJ Singh is a proud returned Peace Corps volunteer, and current board member of NPCA. He served in Oruro, Bolivia form 2002 – 2004 running a micro credit loan fund.
